  Employees are super friendly and helpful. But if renting a pick up truck, call in advance to make sure they have it. I made a reservation for a pick up truck a week in advance and had my reservation confirmed. I get there and find out they don't have a pick up truck on the lot. Took them many hours to track one down and was almost unable to find one. The employees helped me out with what they could do, but the experience was frustrating as I needed to move bulky items that day.
